I'm active duty military and i was paying a rate of $93.00 a month to store a vehicle. After 4 months of storage my rate jumped to $173.00 an 87% increase.
I was told that happens every now and then to keep up with competition and she would request it get reduced to $105.00. None of this was mentioned at time of purchase.
Totally unsat to me. Nice customer service I have no issue with the people working the desk.
Back door to unit was completely unable to be locked/securely closed, and we've ALREADY been robbed once at this "safe and secure" facility. Site manager Teresa Simon's response?
"Well, dey cain't git in de gate." Well, THEY DID BEFORE, DIDN'T THEY? When she began to correct ME about how their "safe and secure" storage unit was so despite being wholly accessible from the rear, I said I'd take it up with corporate. Got home, called same, spoke with Holly, who was sort of helpful until the end, when she said she wouldn't pass on my comment that management's response would dictate the severity of my BBB complaint because it was "combative". Really?
REALLY?!?!?!?
Obviously, these people are getting their customer service "training" at a facility located in a mental hospital "managed" by BLM! Needless to say, a THOROUGH complaint WILL be lodged with the BBB ASAP.
What customer service??? All phone numbers go straight to the branch office that I have had a HORRIBLE experience with.
